From price list to answered proposal, in one link.
Keep every tour, room and transfer in one catalog. Build a day-by-day proposal and send one link. Your client answers yes, maybe or no on each item. Then turn the accepted items into an invoice and an itinerary.
In beta. No card needed to sign up. Pricing is still to be decided.
Selling trips usually means three tools and a lot of copying.
Prices live in a spreadsheet. You copy them into a PDF by hand, and fix them in two places when they change.
One catalog. Change a price once and use it in every new proposal.
The client replies with "the first one, but not the boat trip, maybe the sail". You sort it out in a long thread.
Each item gets a yes, maybe or no, plus an optional note. The total updates as they choose.
You send it and wait. You do not know if they opened it.
See when the link was first opened, when it was last opened, and how many times.
Four steps from catalog to invoice.
Scroll to follow one sample trip. Every screen here is sample data.
Put everything you sell in one place.
Add rooms, tours, events, transfers and more. Write rich-text descriptions, add photos and YouTube videos, and set a price and your cost. Add VAT, DTS, levy (a percentage or a flat amount) and service charge to each item.
Photo and YouTube galleries, in 1 to 5 slot layouts.
Lay the trip out day by day.
Add sections for each day, drop in items, and change quantities and prices. Mark items optional or "choose one". Watch your estimated margin move as you build. Pick the proposal currency and set the exchange rate.
Your client answers on their phone.
Copy the link into your own email or chat. No client account is needed. They answer yes, maybe or no on each item and leave a note. RezPartner does not email them for you today, so you stay in control of the message.
Turn the answers into paperwork.
Create an invoice from the accepted items, with deposit and balance milestones and a PDF. Share a separate itinerary with dates and times but no prices. Clients get their own link for each.
Payments are recorded as milestones. You collect the money your usual way.

This is what your client sees.
Pick yes, maybe or no on each item. The room is a "choose one" pair. The prices are made up.
Make a choice on every item to submit.
That is the whole client flow. In the real app the proposal locks and its status changes, so you can see the answers. Your client sees your brand color and name.
Built for how small travel businesses price and sell.
Live margin
Store your cost next to your price. The builder shows your estimated margin against a 20% target as you add items. Clients never see cost.
Taxes and fees built in
VAT, DTS, levy and service charge are set per item. Levy can be a percentage or a flat amount per unit. They carry through to proposals and invoices.
Proposal currencies
Quote in USD, EUR, GBP or BBD. Set the exchange rate on the proposal and new items convert at that rate.
Photo and video galleries
Upload photos, add YouTube videos, drag to reorder, and pick a gallery layout with one to five slots. The same gallery shows on proposals and the storefront.
Options and choose-one
Room types, time slots and group sizes are options under an item. Mark a set as "choose one" and the client can only pick one.
Invoices and itineraries as PDF
Download an invoice or a price-free itinerary as a PDF, or send the client a link to a web version.
Your brand
Set a brand color, tagline and logo. They show on your storefront, proposals and invoices.
Team and workspaces
Invite teammates with an email link that works for seven days. If you belong to more than one workspace, switch between them from the sidebar.
Clients in one list
People who send a booking request are saved as clients. Attach a client to a proposal to keep the trip and the person together.
A public page you can put in your bio.
Every workspace gets a page at rezpartner.com/v/your-name. You choose which items are listed. Visitors can search, filter by type, and open an item page with its gallery and description.
- A visitor sends a request with a date, guest count, name, email and phone. It becomes a booking and a client in your workspace.
- No payment is taken. You confirm availability yourself first.
- Item pages include structured data and page descriptions that search engines can read.
In beta, and clear about it.

RezPartner is in beta, so there is no price list yet. Contact us for pricing and we will reply with the options. We will tell you before any charge applies, and never charge without your agreement.
Straight answers.
Who is RezPartner for?
Tour operators, small hotels and villas, transfer companies, and travel designers who sell a mix of these. It suits teams that quote trips by hand today.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open your link, answer, and leave. Only your team signs in.
Can clients pay inside RezPartner?
Not yet. An invoice shows payment milestones such as a deposit and a balance, and you collect the money your usual way. Card payments are on the list.
Does RezPartner email my client?
Only when you ask it to. From a proposal or an invoice, choose "Email to client". The email carries your logo and colour, comes from your company name, and replies go to your contact email. You can also copy the link and send it yourself.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Your storefront lives at rezpartner.com/v/your-name.
Is my data kept separate from other vendors?
Yes. Each workspace only sees its own catalog, proposals, clients and invoices. Client links use long random codes that are hard to guess. See the privacy policy for details.
What does it cost?
Pricing is not decided yet because RezPartner is in beta. Email support@rezpartner.com for pricing. We will tell you before any charge applies.
Who do I contact with a question?
Email support@rezpartner.com.
