Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
The short version
- RezPartner is free while it is in early access. We will never charge you without your agreement.
- Your inventory, proposals, invoices and client records belong to you.
- Deals, bookings and payments are between you and your clients. We are not a party to them.
- Keep your password safe, and use the service lawfully.
- You can close your account at any time and take a copy of your data first.
This summary helps you read the terms. The full terms below are what apply.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and RezPartner ("we", "us"). They apply when you create an account, use a workspace, or use any part of the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service is for businesses. If you sign up for a company, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have authority to accept these terms for that company. In that case "you" means the company and the people it lets use its workspace.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is part of these terms.
2. The service
RezPartner helps travel and experience businesses sell what they offer. You can keep an inventory of tours, activities, stays and other items; build proposals that clients answer online; turn accepted proposals into invoices and itineraries (including PDF copies); publish a public storefront; and invite your team to one shared workspace.
3. Early access and fees
The service is in early access and is free. Features can change, and some can be added or removed while we build the product.
If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before any charge applies. We will only charge you if you choose a paid plan. If you do not choose one, you can keep using any free plan we offer, or close your account and take a copy of your data.
4. Accounts, workspaces and teams
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your email address current. We send confirmation links, password resets and important notices to it.
- Keep your password secret and do not share your account. Each person on your team needs their own account. You can see and end your signed-in sessions on your account settings page.
- Tell us at once at support@rezpartner.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
- The person who creates a company workspace is its owner. The owner and the admins can invite people, and everyone in a workspace can see and change its data. The company is responsible for who it invites and for what its team does in the workspace.
5. Your content
"Your content" is everything you or your team put into the service: inventory, descriptions, images, videos, prices, proposals, invoices, itineraries, and client records. You keep all rights to your content.
You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you. This includes showing it to your team, to the clients you share links with, and on your storefront if you publish it. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law.
We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it is accurate.
6. Your clients and bookings
- Proposals, booking requests, invoices and itineraries are between you and your clients. We provide the tools. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or seller of travel, and we are not a party to your agreements.
- The service does not process payments. Payment, refunds, cancellations and disputes are between you and your clients.
- You are responsible for what you sell and how you describe it: prices, taxes, availability, cancellation terms, safety information, and any licences or insurance your business needs.
- When you add details about your clients, you decide what is collected and why. You must have a lawful reason to use that data and must tell your clients how you use it. For that data we act on your instructions, as our Privacy Policy describes.
7. Storefronts and share links
Items you list on your storefront are public. Anyone can see them, and search engines can index them. Proposal, itinerary and invoice links contain a long random code. Anyone who has a link can open it, so share links only with the people who should see them. You can unlist items at any time.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- publish false, misleading, hateful, or infringing content;
- send spam, or collect other people's data without a lawful reason;
- try to get into another workspace or account, or test, scan or attack the service's security;
- upload malware, or overload, scrape or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
If you find a security problem, please tell us at support@rezpartner.com and give us time to fix it before you share it.
9. Third-party services
We use other companies to run the service, for example to host it and to send email. Our Privacy Policy lists them. If you add content from another service, such as a YouTube video, that service's own terms apply to it.
10. Our software and brand
We own the service, its software and design, and the RezPartner name and logo. These terms do not give you any right to them, except the right to use the service. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them without any duty to you.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to pause it for maintenance or to fix problems. We may change or remove features. If a change removes something important, we will tell you first when we can.
Keep your own copies of records you must keep, such as invoices you issue. Download PDF copies as you go.
12. Disclaimer
The service is in early access and is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties or conditions, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not let us limit.
13. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, bookings, goodwill or data;
- our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and 100 US dollars.
These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not let us limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
14. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from a claim by a third party that comes from your content, your dealings with your clients, or your breach of these terms.
15. Closing an account
- You can stop using the service at any time. To close a workspace and delete its data, the owner or an admin can email support@rezpartner.com. Ask us for a copy of your data first if you want one.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the service at risk, or that the law requires us to stop. Unless the law or a security risk prevents it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem or take a copy of your data.
- After an account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days, except for what the law requires us to keep.
- Sections 6, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17 and 18 continue to apply after an account is closed.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the law or a security need requires a faster change. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, close your account before the change takes effect.
17. Governing law
The laws of Barbados govern these terms. The courts of Barbados have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before you start a claim, please contact us so we can try to settle the problem informally.
18. General
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right at once, we do not give it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the service, and we will tell you if that happens.
- Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
